Did Dagbladet mess up?

E-mail Print PDF
I’m in a place where I can’t see the live coverage, so I have to make my assumptions on day three of the trial on what Dagbladet has written on their website.

It’s a little confusing. Either Dagbladet has messed up with the names, or Kasimu and Kepo forgot who was supposed to say what during the trial. None of them had to swear in because they have the status of informants not witnesses. The media should use the term “informants” about them. Some examples from today according to Dagbladet is that Kasimu saw Moland shoot the driver and heard Moland yell “Get out, get out”. He also tells that it was French who attacked Kepo from behind and the two of them fought. Kepo on the other hand said that he thought Kasimu was dead after the fight with French.

On our website you will find an article I wrote about the witnesses who were made into informants where I listed the different Norwegian Medias interviews with the two informants in chronological order. It was Kepo who told that he saw Moland shoot the driver and yell “get out” four times. If you read through everything you will find that not everything adds up. Joshua has also written his comments to these interviews. You will also find information on the shotgun there.

What’s been referred to as the “murder weapon” and the gun has been in Norway the whole time. TV2 uncovered these facts.

This third day has, as the previous two been characterized by tight frames and long sessions. But it’s better to get through this trial without several days of breaks that has been the case earlier. But also it takes a lot of strength for the boys to stand so long and manage to keep their concentration. The court should show them some humanity.
