What can we expect from this new round ?
If judges want to be seen as serious, they must consider the following:
 
1. To condemn somebody for murder, there must be evidence.
 
2. If a witness is to be used as evidence, that witness must not have an  economic interest in the case.
 
3. The witness saying must be probable, and supported by forensic evidence found on the spot as well as forensic evidence on body of dead person.
 
4. Loose acusations is no evidence.
 
5. Picture of somebody washing blood out of a car is evidence of that, not how the blood came into the car.
 
6. Can two men on a motorcycle destabilize a big nation? Of course not.
 
7. Is military IDs  and some normal tour equippment proof of espionage? Of course not.
 
8. Why should Norway have the sligthest interest in espionage in Congo?
 
9.The Norwegian Royal Guard is a regiment for protection of the Norwegian king and for ceremonial duty only. They have certainly no secret department. To check this, it is enough to check it out on the internet.
 
10. Is it possible that the whole affair is a setup to rob the boys, and something went wrong?
 
 
It must be interesting for the judges also the following facts:
 
1. By international law, no court can claim money from another Nation. Norway will never pay anything. However Norway is supporting Congo with big money in aid of different types, and this is probably going to increase. However if Congo is trying to blackmail Norway, public opinion may very well turn against it. This may very well be the case also for Great Britain (Mr.French is also a British citizen), and also the European Union, as Britain is a member. 
 
2. The boys have no money. If the court condemn them to pay 100 million dollars or 1000 dollar is really never mind. The boys dont have any money, all is stolen from them. So this big money everybody are dreaming of, is just that, a dream. That is money that does not exist, and where no money exist, no money can be paid.
 
3. The families of the boys are also not rich, they can not pay either. If the boys can leave Congo,an arrangement will be possible to pay to the widow, based in the fact that the driver was employed by the boys when he was killed. Money to be paid only after they left Congo, but guarantee can be given.Then we talk a reasonable amount so she can take care of her children, not millions of dollars. That is impossible because the money dont exist, nobody have them.
 
4. Nobody at all will receive as much as 1 dollar as long as the boys are in Congo.
