Now, 12 lawyers in Kisangani have tried to start a case against Norway, and accuse Norway of using the Dina Foundation to try to get out of the enormous claim against Norway. It seems like it still hasn’t occurred to them that a local court can’t sue and convict a state. They know most likely, but try anyway.
They also want to arrest the representative from Dina because of the deal that’s been made with the widow. Maybe they realize that there is no more money coming their way, because they demand one of the houses and 30% of the settlement. Because they claim they’ve taken big risks. What risks? You will not find a bigger gang of criminals anywhere!
Here is the agenda:
Arrest two Norwegians.
Accuse them of murder and espionage.
Accuse them of being foreign agents so that Norway can be sued for millions.
Let anyone who wants to come with claims (Norway will have to pay). The owner of the car, a catholic priest demanded 1 million for a car that was maybe was worth 20 000 NOK. The witnesses’ claimed millions, all kinds of relatives. The drivers’ union etc. everyone had lawyers, the lawyers want money.
When they realized it didn’t work out like they planned, they go to plan B:
Rob the family and the widow of the settlement.
Try to stop the transfer to Kinshasa; there is hope in a continuous line.
That’s pretty much where we stand at the moment. They’re trying plan B. The lawyers try to rob the widow. But they won’t get their hand on the deeds; they’re locked down until they will be signed over to her. Then they are in connection with someone who is slowing down the transfer process. We don’t know who. I hope the government in Kinshasa cuts threw. This has to be embarrassing for them!
