We have now heard from the Congo and send a summary of this. It might not be perfectly correct as we have not yet recieved the sentence, so please be aware of this. However here is the information we've recieved:
There was a majority in the panel of judges for the following sentences:
Tjostolv Moland:
Yes to espionage (For the benefit of Norway or another country or foreign organization),
Yes to murder of Abedi Kasongo - (the assassination charge was dropped, there was no premeditation),
Yes to attempted of murder of Kasimu Aradjabu and Kepo Aila,
Yes to armed robbery,
Yes to criminal conspiracy,
Yes to taking command within a conspiracy,
Yes to illegal possession of military and ordinary weapons and ammunition.
Joshua French:
Yes to espionage (for the benefit of Norway or another country or foreign organization),

Yes to criminal conspiracy,
Consequently, both of them are condemned to death penalties.
Moland: 6 death penalties, pluss 10 years for carrying ordinary weapons and 20 years for carrying military weapon.
French: 5 death penalties.
In addition they were sentenced to pay joint compensation with the State of NORWAY to the participating plaintiffs the following sums:
- DRC: 60.000.000 $ us (the same as in the Garrison military court because RDC didn't make appeal)
- Widow OLENDJEKE: 3.000.000 $ us,
- AMISI THOMBA: 1.500.000 $ us,
- ACCO: 100.000 $ us,
- KASIMU: 250.000 $ us,
- KEPO: 250.000 $ us,
- NGAZUA: 25.000 $ us (the same as in the Garrison military court because he didn't make appeal)
