It’s about time to remind the readers about the results of the latest verdicts in Kisangani in June 2010. The following is a summary I got from Joshua and Tjostolv’s lawyer in Kisangani after the verdict came in. Norway is sentenced with French and Moland to pay a large sum of money because the two Norwegian citizens were convicted as spies for Norway. In this verdict other countries and organizations are added (in the previous two only Norway was listed) But Norway are first on the list in the latest verdict. Norwegian politicians and media should remember this. I’ve added some info in cursive so people understand who gets what of money.
Norwegian spies
The death sentences are as following from June 2010
Tjostolv Moland:
Yes to espionage (For the benefit of Norway or another country or foreign organization),
Yes to murder of Abedi Kasongo - (the assassination charge was dropped, there was no premeditation),
Yes to attempted murder of Kasimu Aradjabu and Kepo Aila, (the two passengers)
Yes to armed robbery, (of the vehicle)
Yes to criminal conspiracy,
Yes to taking command within a conspiracy,
Yes to illegal possession of military and ordinary weapons and ammunition.
Joshua French:
Yes to espionage (for the benefit of Norway or another country or foreign organization),

Consequently, both of them are condemned to death penalties.
Moland: 6 death penalties, pluss 10 years for carrying ordinary weapons and 20 years for carrying military weapon.
French: 5 death penalties.
In addition they were sentenced to pay joint compensation with the State of NORWAY to the participating plaintiffs the following:
- D.R.Congo: 60.000.000 $ us ( the same as in the Garrison military court because DRC didn't make appeal)
- Widow OLENDJEKE: 3.000.000 $ us,
- AMISI THOMBA: 1.500.000 $ us, (uncle of driver - now dead)
- ACCO: 100.000 $ us, (the drivers association)
- KASIMU: 250.000 $ us, (one of the passengers)
- KEPO: 250.000 $ us, (one of the passengers)
- NGAZUA: 25.000 $ us (the owner of the vehicle) (the same as in the Garrison military court because he didn't make appeal),
