Dagbladet and NRK reports today that a trial against a John Mutchawala can delay the transfer to Kinshasa. He has apparently helped Edvardsen in different contexts.
What’s happening is that lawyer Aleuwa will do anything to get his hands on some money. He’s trying to rob the houses and the settlement from the widow. He wants to underestimate the deal. He wants 27 million USD. He has managed to get the governor in on his corrupt deal. No doubt with the promises of money. Now, he’s trying to do something to this John Mutchawala, in hopes that it will delay the transfer. He is, according to Dagbladet in Kinshasa to convince the Justice Minister to stop the transfer. We believe it’s very important that the Foreign Ministry speeds up, and put this criminal on the sideline.
We also think it’s very important that it’s clear that bribery will not be discussed, and that NO money will be paid out over the settlement no matter what. There is no more money, so no more money can be squeezed out.
This case involves everything, abuse, torture, outrageous “trials”, blackmail, theft, handling stolen goods, exploitation, the list is long. Now, it’s a pure hostage situation, maybe the worst in Norwegian history. I certainly don’t know of a worse and more long lasting hostage case.
It’s only the Foreign Ministry that can end this. We have to believe that the end will come soon.
