The judge says that Tjostolv is not sick..

E-mail Print PDF

It’s not necessary to be a psychic to predict the outcome of this case! October 28th I wrote under the headline “What happens now?” that it was unlikely that 3 psychiatrics to arrive from Kinshasa. Of course that hasn’t happened; they don’t have the money for this. Maybe they haven’t even sent a request to Kinshasa. On the other hand a Norwegian doctor has arrived, Dr. Fjær. She will not get access to the guys, the Congolese are afraid she will poison them! I hope Tjostolvs mother gets to see him, and that she won’t be accused of wanting to poison him! I hate to say this, but they are very predictable. Their agenda is so obvious (money of course). They play games. Here we have the judge himself, he came to the hospital to get a tooth pulled out. He gave Tjostolv a clean bill of health without psychiatrists! He wants to continue the trial. When, we don’t know, the “courtroom” is rented out to someone else. And the court havn’t even paid rent for the trial so far. I want to make another prediction! When we finally continue this case, the circus will continue like before.

1. The question of guilt will be almost overlooked. The defence will probably don’t get a word in. The prosecutors will yell out accusations with no coverage at all. I wouldn’t be surprised if all the ridiculous pictures will be shown again, like the “photographer from Drammen”. They have to know that this is just stupid. I believe that both the judge and the prosecution knows that lieutenant Bayilogande and sergeant Amuli Michel, four others and the driver and the witnesses are responsible for the murder and the robbery. But there is of course no money in that.

2. The Foreign Ministry has tried to remove the charges of espionage. I think they will keep it, how else can they keep up the huge claim against the Norwegian state, which the state attorney has said will come.

3. The other lawyers will scream and shout. In the hope of millions. Of course their clients haven’t paid them anything so they’re only hope is that they are rewarded settlements and that it will be paid from that. They live in a fantasy world where the only thing they care about is the value of money. Even in Congo it must be too much to demand 1 million dollars for a car worth of 5000 dollars, which is not even broken. For 1 million dollars they can probably buy 200 cars like the one in question. The boys are valuable!

4. The verdict will be the same as last time. +/- some dollars in the settlements.

I’ll say as the Swedish “by all means, I could be wrong”. Read this again after the verdict and we’ll see!
