Constantly something new in the Congo-case!

E-mail Print PDF

Yesterday we got the news about the letter, sent to the Foreign Ministry, where 2 out of 6 who were involved in the robbery were named. If they are still in prison for other matters it shouldn’t be too difficult to interrogate them. They don’t even need to arrest them. The problem here is that these men don’t have any money to give. It is money this is all about! The prosecution will not risk loosing the money!

I’m not psychic or clairvoyant, but already in May I said what is happening right now. (look at newspaper articles in May) The boys were spotted in Kisangani. They (the ambushers) told the military and planned a robbery. Now it is also likely that the driver was a part of it. Maybe his helper and the passenger too. They agreed to a place to strike. Unfortunately for them, the driver was hit with a bullet (in the dark night everyone looks the same), and then they fled. They told everyone that the guys had been the once to shoot. I’m positive that the driver was shot with an AK-47 Kalashnikov, the weapon used by the military in Congo. It fits with the injury and angle on the driver. The weapons the court meant were used to kill, are both in Norway. The pistol the Norwegian Defence still has in their possession, and a soft gun you can see the serial-number on. This one shoots rubber bullets that don’t create a hole in the head on anybody.

Death sentence number 1: The prosecutors have a very weak case when it comes to the murder.

Death sentence number 2: Attempted murder. There is no evidence of this what so ever. Just a loose accusation from the passenger.

Death sentence number 3: Formation of a criminal association. A fantasy-case. If they refer to SIG Uganda, it was legally registered.

Death sentence number 4: Espionage in favour of Norway. A fantasy-case. Jonas Gahr Støre (The Norwegian foreign minister) has confirmed that.

Robbery: They must mean the car, but they had rented it. When the driver was shot dead, they had to get away. This was no robbery, but self-defence, if anything.

Today in Dagbladet and VG three scenarios are presented:

  1. That they serve the full sentence in Congo. They will be dead this time next year.
  2. That they serve parts of the sentence in Congo. They will still be dead this time next year. If they survive until they get sent back to Norway, they’re supposed to sit in jail 21 years in Norway! In a case no Norwegian court would convict them. They would be political prisoners, and we don’t do that in Norway.
  3. That the President of Congo pardons them. Of course, it’s a possibility, but it has to happen quickly.  Their health are already much weakened, and they won’t survive for long under these conditions. Tjostolv is already suffering from a psychosis, and is in no condition to be in jail. Joshua won’t be for long either.

I’ll say it again: A year from now they are either home in Norway or buried in the African soil.

I don’t know if you read this, Støre. Over 1 500 000 have visited this website (before we changed the web-site address), so maybe you have too. It’s in your hands now. If you fail, they die!

If any media wants to reproduce this, they have my permission, but it needs to be in full, not taken out of its context.
